## Overview

Portal where citizens can explore the Court's budget execution, payroll and procurement contracts. Data is synced nightly from the internal ERP and exposed through filterable tables, charts and CSV exports.

Built with Rails and Hotwire, with heavy use of PostgreSQL materialized views to keep queries fast over millions of rows.
